Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business qualification is designed for individuals looking to develop office skills from a junior/entry level role and build the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective office team member.
Working with our Mentors /Facilitators you can further enhance your technical skills in document production and broaden your knowledge in general office procedures and operational systems such as complaint handling, continuous improvement, operational plans and information, knowledge and learning systems.
