If you are interested in starting within this industry, this course is the first step towards your goals. Being a hands on course, this qualification will gain you a vast range of skills to be used in a variety of administrative duties such as organising schedules, design and produce spreadsheets, write simple documents, among others.
Lessons are delivered face-to-face with a self-study online component, and include a range of methods, practical tasks and activities. Assessments are conducted via observation, demonstration, case study, practical tasks, projects and a portfolio.
