The Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) will provide you with an intermediate level of office, administrative and technology skills as well as soft skills needed in a team environment. You will develop an understanding of critical thinking, customer service, word processing, computer applications and document presentation.

It is recommended that you have satisfactory numeracy and literacy skills to undertake this course or are mature age. Mature age is anyone over the age of 18 who has been out of full-time education for more than 12 months.
