Corporate Services Manager

Corporate Services Managers are high-end professionals who oversee the organisation’s day-to-day operations and business administration. Their role can include financial planning, compliance and corporate governance, human resources, building services, safety, and strategic planning. The Corporate Services Manager is part of the executive team and will lead a team of middle managers as well as oversee general staff.

As a Corporate Services Manager, you could be reviewing organisational policy, leading a compliance auditing team, attending a strategic planning meeting with the CEO and executive committee, discussing staff performance incentives with the Human Resources Manager, meeting with department heads to plan for the upcoming budget, preparing a project report for the Board of Directors, or just reviewing your work calendar with your Executive Assistant.

To be successful in this role you’ll to be highly organised and have well-developed leadership skills and emotional intelligence. You’ll also need to be well-versed in corporate governance and applicable legislation, standards, and operational guidelines.
