The Diploma of Business is a qualification that enables Business Leaders to select across a broad range of units to reflect their own individual business leadership application.

The Diploma of Project Management is designed to equip participants with best practice knowledge and skill to ensure larger, complex or cross functional projects are successful. Successful graduates will be able to:

• Manage major projects or take sole responsibility for all project management functions across the entire project lifecycle
• Access skills to manage one or more projects that fall within a program
• Understand requirements to monitor, control and finalise project management functions to best practice standards.

The Diploma of Quality Auditing focuses on building the competency to lead an organisation’s approach to ensuring systems, procedures, policies and practices are in line with industry, national or international standards in ways that enable both compliance and competitiveness.

The Diploma of Leadership and Management focuses on building the competency to create and lead an effective team and business unit - ensuring systems, procedures, policies and practices are in line with industry, national or international standards in ways that enable both compliance and competitiveness.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a first level qualification that is based on the competency standards within the training package for workplace trainers and assessors. It is a nationally accredited certificate recognised throughout Australia and is capable of being customised to fit the requirements of industry groups. The certificate is a quality assurance measure and has been introduced to ensure that trainers and assessors hold a common set of competencies across Australia.

Effective management of work health and safety continues to challenge employers and health and safety practitioners. Work place issues are more complex, statutory requirements are more exacting and penalties for non-compliance continues to significantly impact on the bottom line. Increasingly, employers are recognising the value of having trained personnel to manage work health and safety systems and application.

This Certificate is for those who have a degree of responsibility for the health and safety of others in the workplace or for those looking to gain entry into a health and safety management role. While there are no entry requirements for the Certificate program, it is recommended that participants have access to a workplace to apply principles and practices within a work context.
