The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business will provide you with the skills required to perform common business-related tasks such as producing documents and handling customers. Depending on the electives you choose, it will introduce you to a range of standard business software packages such as word processing and presentations . It may be beneficial for students to have access to a workplace while undertaking this course however it is not essential.
It may be a good course for you if you see yourself starting or building a career in office administration, including where you may be aiming to eventually provide support to a team. It is a course which is suitable for all ages and will provide knowledge required for employment in general business admin. It offers topics on communicating in business, using business technology, producing workplace documentation as well as the choice of some basic bookkeeping topics. Possible job outcomes for trainees who may be new to the workforce include starting out as a personal assistant, receptionist, junior secretary, office administration assistant, office administrator, clerk, data entry operator or word processor. Also suitable for those not new to the workforce but looking to learn basic administration skills, studying at their own pace.

Our FNS50322 Diploma qualification is available having been updated following compulsory Financial Service Training Package changes, as endorsed by the Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC). If you were studying the FNS50320 Diploma course and you were unable to submit your assessments prior to the change, transitions to the new FNS50322 Diploma are available.

The FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking course remains a comprehensive, nationally recognised course, approved by the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) as suitable for the professional development of mortgage originators. It meets ASIC's educational requirements for those in or wanting to join the finance industry. Successful completion of this course along with successful completion of the MFAA's Initial Compliance Pack will fulfil the education requirements for a Finance Broker membership with the MFAA and FBAA.

The “Release 2” version is now available. It is intended to meet the training needs of employees with roles that involve working across a range of duties in the financial services sector where a specialist qualification is not the most suitable qualification to meet their training needs. On its own, it is not a qualification enabling the trainee to give financial advice to customers.
