Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you are working in a small or large business, have staff reporting to you or are new to managing staff, then the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management may be the most practical way of improving your skills and knowledge to achieve better results. This qualification reflects the role of individuals like you who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of business contexts.
By choosing to enrol in this diploma, you will undertake three, three-day workshops (either virtual or face-to-face), that cover the numerous aspects of contemporary leadership and managements skills such as business leadership, people leadership and performance leadership.
