Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)METS trainers will inspire you to support individuals through the provision of person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings or support with the implementation of specific community-based programs.
You’ll learn how to work with a diverse range of people, assessing and considering individual needs while maintaining communication with a diverse range of service providers.
Community Services is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Australia, and the diversity this career path offers is very broad. You could work with children and families, senior citizens, people with disabilities or mental illnesses, immigrants, or the homeless.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Student’s must have computer literacy and literacy skills and be above the age of 16 to enrol. Students under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardians’ permission to enrol.
