Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)CAL’s Certificate IV in Leadership & Management will give you the essential management skills required to lead and manage organisational change, communicate with influence and foster positive workplace relationships, setting you up to be a strong leader within any organisation in any industry. You’ll learn how to manage team performance, budgets and financial plans, and how to hold difficult conversations.

Technical Requirements
You will need regular access to a laptop, desktop computer or another device with the following:
An adequate and reliable internet connection; At least the equivalent of Microsoft Office or Office for Mac, with word-processing capabilities and spreadsheets; A PDF Reader installed; Full permissions to install and access third-party software as required. You will also need regular access to a laptop, desktop computer or device with an adequate camera to undertake video calls for assessments as required.
