This Certificate IV level aged care course – CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support is delivered in Parramatta. It reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged care services; either in residential aged care facility, home or community based environments. Aged care workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery. This HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance Acute Care qualification is delivered in Parramatta. It reflects the role of a variety of workers who use a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge to provide assistance to health professional staff for the care of clients. Health services assistance involves the worker in direct client contact under supervision.

This Certificate IV level disability course – CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability qualification is delivered in Parramatta. It reflects the role of disability support workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing. Support workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.
