Certificate IV in Disability Support
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This Certificate IV level disability course – CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support qualification is delivered in Parramatta. It reflects the role of disability support workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing. Support workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.

Set your own study schedule and balance study with your other commitments.
Work Placement
All students must complete a minimum of 120 hours of work experience in a regulated disability care facility or facility to be deemed competent for Certificate IV in Individual Support Disability.- Level 5, Westfield Office Tower, Parramatta
Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Completion of: CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
OR
Completion of: CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
OR
Completion of: CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS the CHCSS00125 Entry to Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set.

- ACT Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the ACT Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
