Restaurant Supervisor

A Restaurant Supervisor manages operations at a restaurant or dining venue. You’ll manage a team of staff and make sure all areas of the restaurant are running effectively. Restaurant Supervisors ensure customers are satisfied and deal with any issues that arise. You might show customers to their table, take reservations over the phone and oversee special events or functions.

Restaurant Supervisors should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate well with staff and patrons. You’ll need to be a good leader and should be able to manage several tasks at one time. It’s important that you are organised and can come up with solutions to problems quickly. Restaurant Supervisors often work irregular hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.
