Motel Manager

A Motel Manager oversees the daily running of a motel. You’ll ensure guests are being looked after and all other sections of the venue are operating effectively. Motel Managers look after the facility’s finances and manage staffing issues such as training and rostering. You’ll make sure the motel is meeting all compliance issues and deal with any problems that arise.

Motel Managers should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need strong time management skills and should be able to prioritise your workload. Motel Managers should have good problem solving abilities and be good at multitasking.
