This qualification reflects the roles of community services and case management workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
At this level, workers usually work autonomously under broad directions from senior management, provide direct support to individuals or groups and may be responsible: for the supervision of other workers and volunteers; case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.

This qualification reflects the role of community services workers who support clients through the provision of person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings and supporting the implementation of specific community-based programs.
