The CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the entry level qualification for anyone who wants to work in childcare.

This qualification covers the fundamentals of early childhood development, education and care. The CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is a highly sought after qualification within the childcare industry.

Upon completion, graduates will have the skills and knowledge to become a lead educator in the delivery of early childhood education programs for children in centre based and family day care. This qualification will also develop student’s ability to lead and mentor other staff in their early childhood education careers. The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care includes some management competencies designed to equip graduates with the knowledge to meet the daily challenges of working within the Early Childhood industry.

Our CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.

At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.

Our CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management qualification was designed forthose who work as assistant managers or managers across a range of community sector organisations. These managers work independently and report to executive management, directors or boards of management. They also commit to a range of duties requiring specialised knowledge and skills to achieve results that meet and exceed the organisation's goals and strategic directions.

The CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide person-centred assistance to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or other reasons. This course emphasises the role of workers in the community and/or in a residential setting, who follow an individualised plan to meet various support needs.

This area of work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility for own outputs. Along with theoretical knowledge, you will have the factual, technical and procedural know-how of the concepts and practices required to work as a support worker.

Our CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support was designed specifically to meet the needs of the aged care industry. Our course will offer increased career opportunities within the industry. You’ll learn the appropriate skills to care for the rights, interests and empowerment of clients. You’ll gain specialised knowledge and experience in providing support to the elderly with complex needs, and working with groups of elderly individuals.

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. The unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

This course is suitable if you are engaged in direct customer interactions in the food-handling sector, including cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs or hotels, child care centres.

The Victorian and Commonwealth Governments are funding delivery of training to help upskill workers to administer and implement infection control policies and procedures within workplaces. The short, accredited training courses (Skill Sets) will support businesses to reopen safely and continue to control the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) across Victorian businesses. The courses are not mandatory for businesses to reopen; however, employers are be encouraged to release their staff for the free training.

This course is suitable if you are engaged in direct customer interactions across the retail sector, including in retail outlets, markets or supermarkets.

This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

The CHC30221 Certificate III in School Based Education Support reflects the role of people in a range of education settings who support students with additional needs in the classroom environment. These settings could be public or independent schools and/or community education settings. Throughout this course, students will learn the skills and knowledge required to provide assistance and support to teachers and students whilst under broad-based supervision.

The CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support reflects the role of professionals in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education. This qualification will train you to provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision.

Our CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability will provide you with a nationally recognised qualification that is highly regarded within the sector. This course will prepare you for work as a direct care worker, or supervisor, helping and supporting clients so that they can reach their full potential.
