Human Resources Consultants are independent consultants who provide advisory services and HR support to the organisation’s CEO and HR Manager. They may assist with recruitment, policy development, training, performance management, remuneration and package development, grievances, disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, and workplace relations.

As a Human Resources Consultant you could be shortlisting candidates for a middle-management role, meeting with the HR manager to discuss internal training needs, overseeing the implementation of a staff intranet, developing a code of ethics and employee conduct policy, investigating a sexual harassment complaint, or scheduling performance reviews with the departmental heads.
