Skilled Up’s Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care covers the fundamentals of childhood development, caring for children, and planning leisure and play activities, all focused on the child’s development.
Your role as an early childhood educator is diverse. Most childcare centres segment children by age, so during a typical week, you might work with babies, toddlers, and pre-school aged children. Your role is to guide children, and facilitate learning through play and various activities and experiences. As you guide (rather than lead), you are ensuring a child is safe and happy, but also letting him or her develop and choose their own learning style on their own pathway.

In doing so you will work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard.

The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria has been designed to cover the potential gap in the labour market, specifically in the real estate agencies. The specific focus on developing and deepening the individual’s learning their overall skills and knowledge of real estate practice as a real estate agent or auctioneer, or salesperson etc. across a range of real estate agency functions.
Skilled Up qualified industry experts’ (AKA trainers) will guide you through the ins and outs of the real estate industry. As well as learning the fundamentals of working in the industry – like legal requirements and responsibilities – we’ll help you develop a killer set of skills to ensure you interact with your clients, secure listings and negotiate sales better than any of your competitors.
As well as traditional classroom-based delivery, you also have the option of using your work experience to cut down your study time with our Recognition of Prior (RPL) Learning option.
Learn moreThis qualification reflects the role of builders, site managers and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses who apply knowledge of structural principles, codes, standards and legal requirements to Class 1 and 10, to a maximum of two storeys and Class 2 to 9 Type C constructions, and who plan and supervise safe building and construction work, prepare and administer contracts, and who apply quality principles to building and construction projects. Building relates to construction and Site Management is about managing the factors around construction, such as the deployment of crews with specialised skills (including builders), product compliance, deployment of contract specialised skills, weather, and site location.
Note: Additional units of competency may be required to meet builder registration requirements in various States and Territories.

Are you ready to support the next generation by providing help in the classroom? Develop the skills you need to work in schools and communities and participate in our vocational placement. Certificate IV in Education Support is designed to provide you with the essential skills to work collaboratively with teachers and students in school and community settings.
This qualification reflects the role of workers who assist teachers and support student learning in a range of classroom settings under the guidance of a teacher or other educational professional. At this level, workers may be involved in facilitation of learning for a range of instructional groupings, including for those students in need of additional support. In these roles, the education support worker sources and analyses information from diverse sources, may work with limited direct supervision and could provide guidance to other workers. Education support workers work mainly with students in classroom settings in primary or secondary schools, as defined by State/Territory legislation.
