The nationally recognised short course SITXFSA001 - Use Hygienic Practises for Food Safety is great for front-of-house staff and hospitality workers who prepare, serve, or handle food. This course will teach you how to follow workplace hygiene procedures, identify food hazards, and prevent food contamination. Competencies include: reporting personal health issues, removing and minimising hygiene hazards, correct hand-washing procedures, preventing unnecessary direct contact with food, correct cleaning and sanitising procedures, preventing cross contamination and food-borne illness.
