Gaming Supervisor

A Gaming Supervisor manages the daily running of gaming activities at a casino, hotel or club. You’ll ensure operations are carried out effectively and guests are being catered to. Gaming Supervisors make sure rules and procedures are being followed and the venue is safe and hygienic. You might take care of chip and cash transfers and may have to deal with any problems that arise.

Gaming Supervisors should be highly organised and able to prioritise their tasks. You might have to manage several duties at one time, so multitasking skills are important. Gaming Supervisors should be good communicators and able to work as part of a team. You’ll need to be good at customer service and should have strong problem solving abilities.
