Gaming Manager

A Gaming Manager oversees operations in a gaming venue such as a casino, hotel or club. You might ensure the facility is safe and hygienic and make sure all gaming procedures are being adhered to. Gaming Managers make sure patrons are being looked after and you’ll supervise other gaming staff. You might perform other duties such as handling chips and cash transactions and dealing with any issues that arise.

Gaming Managers should have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate well with their team. Customer service skills are essential and you should be able to liaise with guests from a range of backgrounds. Gaming Managers should be organised and able to handle several tasks at one time. You may have to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
