Our Campus is located at Unit 3, 305 Montague Rd West End Brisbane. The Campus is situated next to Davies Park and within two kilometres of the Brisbane Queen Street Mall which is easily accessed by walking, bus or car.

The West End Campus has a fully compliant mechanical repair workshop which is used to train and assess automotive students. BPC operates a commercial training kitchen at Shop 10, 455 Brunswick Street Fortitude Valley which is used to train and assess the students enrolled in the culinary and hospitality courses.
This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.
This qualification is suitable for international students who wish to study in Australia and develop skills and knowledge within the hospitality industry. Students are required to hold a current Australian visa with study rights to commence this course.
All students are required to undertake practical training as part of their course in the College’s commercial training kitchen.
