Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior managers who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with specialised managerial skills and substantial knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate with significant autonomy and are responsible for making strategic business management decisions.
This qualification is suitable for international students who wish to study in Australia and develop skills and knowledge within the hospitality industry. Students are required to hold a current Australian visa with study rights to commence this course.
All students are required to undertake practical training as part of their course in the College’s commercial training kitchen.

About Brisbane Professional College
Brisbane Professional College (BPC) is an Australian Government-approved Registered Training Organisation (RTO). BPC’s registration can be viewed on the Australian Government websites www.training.gov.au and www.myskills.gov.au under our RTO Provider Number 41556.

Our Campus is located at Unit 3, 305 Montague Rd West End Brisbane. The Campus is situated next to Davies Park and within two kilometres of the Brisbane Queen Street Mall which is easily accessed by walking, bus or car.
BPC currently provides quality training in automotive, commercial cookery and hospitality courses. BPC currently provides quality training in automotive, commercial cookery and hospitality courses. The West End Campus has a fully compliant mechanical repair workshop which is used to train and assess automotive students. BPC operates a commercial training kitchen at Shop 10, 455 Brunswick Street Fortitude Valley which is used to train and assess the students enrolled in the culinary and hospitality courses.
