Junior Game Designer

A Junior Game Designer assists with the production of digital games for apps, websites or other gaming systems. You might specialise in a particular type of game or you might create a range of games on multiple platforms. Junior Game Designers might help to come up with ideas for games such as challenges, characters or storylines. You might use design software to create the finished game or collaborate with other IT professionals.

Junior Game Designers need to have excellent communication skills as they liaise with clients and colleagues. It’s important that you are familiar with all gaming platforms and up to date with current trends in the industry. Junior Game Designers should be able to use a range of design software and need to be able to come up with unique ideas quickly.
