A Computer Technician performs adjustments and repairs to information technology equipment. You might replace faulty parts or diagnose system issues. Computer Technicians may consult with clients to gather information about faults or you may perform maintenance on systems. You may also install new equipment and systems when required.

Computer Technicians require excellent technical skills and strong problem solving abilities. It’s important you can work as part of a team and communicate clearly. Computer Technicians should have a focus on customer service and be willing to work a range of shifts as needed.
