Client Services Manager

A Client Services Manager develops positive working relationships with clients of a business or organisation. You’ll liaise with customers and ensure they are happy with the service they have received. Client Services Managers might provide follow up service, answer any client queries and attend to any complaints or problems that arise.

Client Services Managers should have good interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service. You’ll need to be a good communicator and be able to understand client needs and concerns. Client Services Managers must be able to work well in a team environment and be able to manage their time well.
