Bar Manager

A Bar Manager oversees daily operations at a bar, hotel or other licensed venue. You’ll supervise a team of staff and ensure bar operations are running smoothly. Bar Managers take care of budgets and finances and make sure supplies are ordered. You might deal with any problems that arise during a shift and may organise special events or functions.

Bar Managers should be organised and able to manage several tasks at once. It’s important you are a good leader and can communicate well with staff and bar patrons. Bar Managers should have good problem solving abilities and must be able to manage their time well. You might have to work irregular hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.
