This qualification will provide you with an opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills required to undertake a variety of operational roles and activities within a sport and recreation environment such as fitness centres, outdoor sporting grounds or complexes, aquatic centres and community recreation centres.

This qualification reflects the role of workers who perform a limited range of laboratory operations and is the entry-level qualification required for laboratory personnel across all industry sectors.

This is a trade qualification for plumbers in residential, industrial and commercial workplaces who are responsible for assembling, installing and maintaining water services, sanitary plumbing and sanitary drainage, gas, roofing and mechanical services in both existing and new constructions.

This unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide an emergency response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

The course provides an overview of the industry, employment opportunities and the training pathways available. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using clearly defined plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

This pre-apprenticeship course will provide you with the opportunity to gain bricklaying skills and knowledge at a beginning level.

In addition, and with the growth of e-commerce, and domestic and global markets, small businesses now increasingly rely on personnel who can contribute to market research, marketing, business planning, and change as well as business operations.

This course will provide you with the key skills, knowledge, and attributes required to work effectively in small businesses at a beginning level.
