This qualification focuses on the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who use an individualised plan support to people who may require person centred support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
This gives you the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Ageing, then by doing a further four electives in disability, and then a further four electives in Home and Community, you will graduate with three qualifications. This model will increase employment opportunities and deepen their knowledge of the various sectors they you may be working with in the future.

This qualification focuses on the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
