Certificate III in Individual Support
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification focuses on the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who use an individualised plan support to people who may require person centred support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
This gives you the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Ageing, then by doing a further four electives in disability, and then a further four electives in Home and Community, you will graduate with three qualifications. This model will increase employment opportunities and deepen their knowledge of the various sectors they you may be working with in the future.
