Their primary role is to deliver personalised support to individuals who may need assistance due to factors such as aging, disability, or other reasons.Some tasks may include: Assistance with Personal Hygiene, Dressing and Undressing, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation and Feeding, Monitoring Vital Signs, Emotional and Social Support, Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Cleaning, Housekeeping and End-of-Life Care.
