Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Projects are critical components of an organisation’s business strategy, so their success has great influence over organisational performance. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. Program participants will be drawn from across a number of industry sectors. Individual learners on the program may manage projects in a variety of contexts, and they will have project leadership and management roles and be responsible for achieving project objectives.
The Diploma of Project Management will support individuals seeking to enhance, update and formalise their existing project management skills and knowledge. This qualification will equip you with the broad range of skills required to plan, lead, and execute the end-to-end delivery of projects. The program is aligned to the internationally recognised Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ®) methodology and focuses on the application of best practice principles to project management within the workplace.
