Most business environments require project managers and this could be your chance to grow and diversify your career. The Diploma of Project Management is suitable for you if you wish to work as a project leader or manager on medium to large scale projects. It is also suited to those who wish to gain the skills and knowledge to undertake small scale and ad hoc projects within or external to an organisation.

Throughout this course, you will train in an online simulated workplace environment consisting of business scenarios and organisational policies and procedures that need to be completed. If you are already employed, you may be given the option of using your workplace policies and practices for training and assessment purposes.
