Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our Diploma of Community Services is perfect for those who have a passion for working with a community and helping disadvantaged individuals. This course provides you with the knowledge to be able to successfully develop and implement service programs, work in a multicultural environment and promote diversity, as well as facilitate workplace support processes. Throughout your study, you will be exposed to the different sectors available, helping to assist and guide you when it comes to choosing which type you would like to enter and work for in the future.
On completion of this course you will be able to assess the needs of a community and use strategies to find resources to best help communities to become dependent on themselves, as well as being knowledgeable when it comes to legal and ethical compliance.
