Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The responsibilities of social workers, case managers, and community services personnel in managing, organizing, and/or providing person-centered services to people, groups, and communities are reflected in this certification.
Employees at this level are skilled in providing community services and operate independently while receiving general guidance from upper management. Employees may also be in charge of case management, program coordination, new business development, and/or the supervision of volunteers and other employees.
