Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the roles of community services workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.
At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers. They may also undertake case management and program coordination.

About Apex Australia Vocational Education

In 2010 Apex opened the first campus in Parramatta with the goal of providing our students with a rewarding educational experience that equips them with the skills and resources to meet the demands of the Australian employment market. With this in mind, Apex set up a second campus in the Sydney CBD and further developed courses, facilities and services around the needs of our students and the demands of the Australian employment market.
