Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you are currently working in or plan to move into a career within a range of Human Resources positions, there are plenty of disciplines such as Human Resource Officer, Human Resource Co-ordinator, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent and Performance Management and Remuneration and Change Management.
This qualification is designed for workplace level students, providing essential human resource skills and knowledge for those commencing their careers in HR.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
To enrol in this course the applicant must be 18 years of age at the time of enrolment and must be able to demonstrate during their enrolment that they hold the required skills to complete the program.
An education level of year 10 (or equivalent) or Certificate III, if not, experience in Human Resources, within a work environment and access to a workplace.
Being technologically literate with the ability to use word processing applications, the internet and access webinars both live and recorded.
Be proficient in English – if English is not your first language, a satisfactory level must be achieved within LLN Assessment.
