Certificate II in Hospitality
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Over 18 years old
Currently working in a commercial kitchen (training will be delivered on the workplace)
Have satisfactorily completed a minimum of year 10 or equivalent;
Be sufficiently proficient in English to be able to work successfully in a highly communicative and regulated environment;
