The Certificate II in Hospitality is for students who aspire to become foo and beverage attendants and want to build an exciting career in the growing hospitality industry. Students learn the practical skills to deliver great customer service in a range of hospitality settings such as restaurants and cafes, catering operations and coffee shops. This qualification provides detailed training in a range of hospitality operational skills including basic food and beverage service.
