RTO Administrator

An RTO Administrator assists with the running of a training organisation such as a TAFE or a specialist college. You might help with overall management of the facility or work for a particular department such as student services or enrolments. RTO Administrators ensure all operations comply with government standards and legislation and make sure products and services are of a high quality.

RTO Administrators need to liaise with management, staff and students so strong communication skills are crucial. You’ll need good problem solving skills and should be able to work on multiple tasks at one time. RTO Administrators should have good time management skills and be highly organised.
