This qualification is for individuals who have already developed their leadership and management skills in a range of enterprise and industry contexts and want to convert these skills into a formal qualification.

This course validates an individual’s experiences on elevated methods of self-management and team management, along with methods of supporting and guiding teams of people in the workplace, therefore maximising team output.


Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Pathway

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management Learning program is designed for managers and professionals who want to gain acknowledgment for their existing skills and experience in key areas such as strategic planning, organisational behavior, financial management, and strategic leadership. We will guide you through the evidence gathering process (RPL) to achieve this qualification with the minimum of fuss.

RPL allows you to achieve nationally recognised qualifications by converting your existing skills, knowledge, and experience—gained through previous work or study—into formal competencies. This means you can earn qualifications simply by providing evidence of your relevant expertise.

The process can be completed in as little as a week, though it typically takes between 2 weeks – 3 months, depending on the evidence provided. If you have difficulty gathering evidence or prefer additional support, we can streamline the process through interviews and observations.
