A Patient Liaison Officer provides support to patients during treatment in a hospital or healthcare facility. You might provide them with information, connect them with other support services or help them access anything else they may need. Patient Liaison Officers might also address any concerns or complaints patients have.

Patient Liaison Officers should have excellent people skills and be able to communicate well with patients and their families. You’ll need to be able to listen to their concerns and understand their individual circumstances.
