Systems Analyst

Systems Analysts evaluate and support an organisation’s IT network and computer infrastructure to ensure the system is efficient and meeting organisational goals. They provide technical support to system users, as well as manage upgrades, patches, and hot-fixes.

As a Systems Analyst you’ll need to be good at problem solving and coding. You should also be a competent writer as you will usually be required to produce system documentation, operating procedures and user guides.
