Brewer

A Brewer creates and produces beer in breweries, using a combination of technical skills and creativity. You might work in craft breweries, large commercial breweries, or brewpubs. Brewers focus on selecting ingredients, managing the brewing process, and ensuring quality control. You’ll operate brewing equipment, monitor fermentation, and adjust recipes to produce a variety of beer styles.

Brewers play a vital role in the beverage industry. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of brewing science, and possess good problem-solving skills. You’ll liaise with suppliers, customers, and other team members to ensure the production of high-quality beer and maintain the brewery’s standards.
