Certificate IV Real Estate Practice
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)After completing the LLN Survey you can then enrol in CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. To be a licensed agent or registered as an agents representative within the Northern Territory you must have employment with a Real Estate Agency. The REINT cannot guarantee employment within the Industry but generally, prospects of employment are very good as there are always Agencies looking for the ‘super’ Salesperson or Property Manager. The REINT recommends that anyone looking for employment in the Industry contact some of the Real Estate Agencies and express their interest.
