Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Under the 2020 NSW real estate and property industry reforms, individuals wishing to apply to Fair Trading NSW for a certificate of registration as an Assistant Real Estate Agent or a Class 2 Real Estate Licence are required to complete all, or part, of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
