Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This is one of the requirements to obtain a Class 2 Licence. This course is suitable for individuals who have completed their Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (Assistant Agent) and who would like to obtain their Class 2 Licence and become a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW. A class 2 agent will be able to work in both commercial and residential sales and leasing.
The main purpose of this program is to provide you with the skills and knowledge required to work in the Real Estate industry as a licensed agent working under a licensee-in-charge. The knowledge and skills acquired through the program are applicable across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial property types.
