Participants will learn a six-step conflict resolution process, solution building, and finding common ground. Key conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame, are also covered. This is applicable to individuals who use a broad range of competencies and exercise discretion and judgement, utilising knowledge of products, customer service systems, and organisational policies to offer technical advice and support to a team.
