Pizza Chef

A Pizza Chef specialises in the production of pizzas and similar items at a restaurant or eatery. You’ll prepare dough, sauces and toppings and cook pizzas to customer requirements. Pizza Chefs may take orders, plan menus and order pizza supplies. You might supervise other staff and ensure a kitchen is operating effectively.

Pizza Chefs should be highly organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. It’s important you can follow correct procedures and create high quality food. Pizza Chefs must have strong technical skills and be able to work in a busy kitchen environment. You might have to work a range of shifts such as nights and weekends in this position.
