Events Assistant

An Events Assistant helps to organise special events such as conferences, expos or concerts. You might organise events for your own workplace or work for an event organising company. You might take care of administrative tasks such as corresponding with suppliers or organise details such as signage or catering. Events Assistants work as part of a larger events management team.

Events Assistants should be highly organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. You’ll need to be able to communicate well and follow instructions. Events Assistants should have strong customer service skills and be able to manage a range of administrative tasks.
