Our public scheduled programs are conducted in Newcastle , however we can offer both qualifications via distance to suitably experienced or currently employed individuals who have access to a current workplace.

Successful completion of the Diploma gives you 60 credit points towards Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce courses at the University of Newcastle.

The qualification incorporates more concepts around leadership and how to provide guidance and support to others. Participants in the qualification are responsible for not only their own performance but have accountability for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment reflects the roles of individuals delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

This qualification (or the skill sets derived from units of competency within it) is also suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.

This qualification is the national minimum standard formally required by professionals involved in training and assessment. This course provides all the skills necessary to conduct training and assessment in a professional manner.
